These services are provided by Parevo Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using our websites or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Services and Accounts
CustFind, Spoad, and related dashboards may be subject to subscription, credit, or campaign rules. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account. Unauthorized access must be reported promptly. Illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing use is prohibited.
Intellectual Property and Content
The Parevo name, software, designs, and content belong to Parevo Digital LLC or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, copying, reverse engineering, or commercial resale is prohibited. Business development deliverables are provided under contract; our general methods and infrastructure remain Parevo’s.
Disclaimer, Liability, and Governing Law
Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Courts in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction. Updates are posted on this page.
